The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as an EPM developer or administrator, strong expertise in Oracle EPBCS, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Mentoring junior analysts and supporting continuous improvement initiatives post-go-live are essential aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an EPM developer, administrator, or functional lead.
• 3+ years of direct Oracle EPBCS / Oracle Planning Cloud experience in a production environment.
• Demonstrated experience with Planning module design and business rule development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EPBCS workstream within the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation.
• Primary owner and administrator of the Oracle EPBCS environment.
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and Corporate Finance to gather enhancement requests.
