Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist within GB Specialty to manage moderately complex Employment Practices Liability claims, overseeing coverage analysis, investigations, evaluation, and resolution in line with client expectations and regulatory requirements.

This remote role requires strong negotiation, analytical skills, and experience with EPL claims; bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, licensed in required states, and ability to handle full claim life cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years related claims experience required.
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze coverage and settle moderately complex EPL claims.
• Manage full life cycle of all assigned claims files.
• Negotiate settlements with clients and attorneys.
• Prepare reserve and settlement authority requests.
• Interact with carriers and outside experts as needed.
