Job summary

Gallagher Bassett seeks a seasoned Claims Adjuster to manage General Liability Bodily Injury, Premises, and Litigation exposure. You will analyze claims, collaborate with clients, and drive resolutions with empathy and accuracy.

You’ll handle complex cases, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and ethics while delivering exceptional service to claimants and clients alike.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher; 5+ years claims experience.
• 2–3 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Licensing in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve General Liability Bodily Injury, Premises and Litigation claims.
• Communicate with clients and claimants to drive effective resolutions.
• Apply policies, procedures, and ethics to claim handling.
• Document activity timely and accurately to support outcomes.
