Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant statistical programming experience within pharma/biotech/CRO or life sciences.
• Experience with epidemiological, observational, real‑world evidence (RWE) studies.
• Advanced programming in SAS and/or R with reproducible workflows.
• Experience with large healthcare data sources (claims, EHR, registries).
• Ability to lead and mentor programming teams across multiple projects.
• Experience with regulatory support and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional leadership to epidemiological programmers, including mentoring and setting standards.
• Lead hands‑on programming for epidemiological studies across therapeutic areas.
• Develop, validate, and maintain SAS and/or R programs for datasets, tables, figures, and outputs.
• Collaborate with epidemiologists, statisticians, data scientists, and cross‑functional partners.
• Provide expert consulting on complex programming challenges and best practices.
• Oversee programming deliverables and ensure accuracy, reproducibility, and timelines.
