Inova Health System in Northern Virginia seeks an EPIC Certified Systems Analyst Sr for the Revenue Cycle team. This full-time, days role allows remote work for eligible states and adheres to regular office hours Monday to Friday.

The analyst will implement and maintain EpicCare systems, analyze releases, and define software modifications to optimize workflow. They will coordinate testing, vendor demos, and training while guiding IT projects in alignment with business needs.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree OR 4 years relevant professional experience.
3 years of Epic build and implementation experience.
EPIC Revenue Cycle certification required upon start.

Mansioni

Implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases to ensure optimum performance.
Analyzes new releases and assesses impact on workflow.
Defines modifications to application software or databases to address needs.
Manages testing for updates and enhancements; coordinates with Lead/PM on scope.
Leads complex IT projects using EpicCare to meet business needs.
Initiates issues for resolution and communicates status to management.
Coordinates vendor demos, site visits, and reference calls.
Contributes to training programs and mentoring of team members.
