Job summary

Inova Health is seeking a dedicated EPIC Certified Systems Analyst Sr to join the EPIC Revenue Cycle team. This full-time, days role is fully remote with eligibility for remote work within the United States, including FL.

You will lead EpicCare system analysis, updates, and testing, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. The role requires 3 years of Epic build experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and EPIC Revenue Cycle certification on start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years relevant professional experience.
• 3 years of Epic build and implementation experience.
• EPIC Revenue Cycle certification required on start.

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases to ensure optimum performance.
• Defines modifications to application software or databases to address system functions or enhancements.
• Facilitates Epic updates, new releases and system enhancements; manages testing and supports project scoping.
• Manages complex IT projects/products to provide automated Epic solutions meeting business needs.
• Initiates issues for resolution and communicates status to management.
• Coordinates vendor demos, site visits and reference calls.
• Supports team member training and mentoring activities.
