Job summary

Inova Health is seeking an EPIC Certified Systems Analyst Sr to join the EPIC Revenue Cycle team. This full-time, days role offers regular office hours and fully remote work, with eligibility for remote options for several states.

The candidate will lead EpicCare system maintenance, evaluate updates, and drive testing as part of project scope. The ideal candidate has 3 years of Epic build/implementation experience and EPIC Revenue Cycle certification, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR 4 years relevant professional experience.
• 3 years of Epic build and implementation experience.
• EPIC Revenue Cycle certification required on start.

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases to ensure optimum performance and analyzes impact of releases.
• Defines modifications to application software or databases to address system functions or enhancements.
• Facilitates Epic updates, testing, and system enhancements; supports testing phases and project scoping.
• Manages IT projects to provide automated solutions using EpicCare to meet business needs.
• Coordinates vendor demos, site visits and reference checks; evaluates feasibility and cost.
• Develops and implements training/mentoring activities for team members.
