Qualifications

• 3 years of Epic build and implementation experience required.
• EPIC Revenue Cycle certification required upon start.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years relevant professional experience if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases to optimize performance and workflow.
• Defines modifications to applications or databases to address system functions or enhancements.
• Facilitates Epic updates, new releases and system enhancements; manages testing phases and supports project scoping.
• Manages IT projects using EpicCare to meet business needs.
• Initiates issues for resolution and communicates status to management.
• Coordinates vendor demos, site visits and reference calls; assesses feasibility and cost.
• Develops training programs and mentoring activities for team members.
