Job summary

Inova Health is seeking an EPIC Certified Systems Analyst Sr to join the EPIC Revenue Cycle team. This full-time role is dayshift with a fully remote option, for candidates authorized to work remotely in VA, MD, DC, DE, FL, GA, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, or WV.

The position requires EpicCare expertise and Revenue Cycle certification, with responsibilities spanning implementation, updates, testing, and optimization of EPIC systems to support Inova's revenue cycle workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum Experience requirement.
• 3 years of Epic build and implementation experience.
• EPIC Revenue Cycle certification required upon start.

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases and analyzes impact of new releases on workflow.
• Defines modifications to applications or databases to meet system functions or enhancements.
• Leads Epic updates, releases and enhancements; manages all testing phases; supports project scoping.
• Manages complex IT projects using EpicCare to meet business needs.
• Initiates and escalates issues; communicates status to management in a timely manner.
• Conducts system reviews to evaluate feasibility, cost, and usefulness; coordinates vendor demos and site visits.
• Develops and implements training plans for team members and analysts.
