Job summary

Inova Health is seeking a dedicated EPIC Certified Systems Analyst Sr to join the EPIC Revenue Cycle team. This Full-time Days role is fully remote, with eligibility for remote work for residents in VA, MD, DC, DE, FL, GA, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, WV.

The incumbent will implement and maintain EpicCare systems, analyze releases, and drive workflow improvements while managing testing and project scoping in collaboration with leads and managers.

Qualifications

• Epic build and implementation experience required (3+ years).
• Proficient in EpicCare workflows and Revenue Cycle processes.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases; analyzes new releases for workflow impact.
• Defines modifications to application software or databases to address system functions or enhancements.
• Facilitates Epic updates, testing, and system enhancements; supports project scoping with leads/managers.
• Manages IT projects using EpicCare to meet business needs; coordinates with vendors and stakeholders.
• Initiates issues and escalates status to management in a timely manner.
• Participates in system reviews to determine feasibility, cost, and usefulness; coordinates vendor demos and site visits.
• Suggests team training programs and assists in training/mentoring activities.
