Inova Health is seeking an EPIC Certified Systems Analyst Sr to join the EPIC Revenue Cycle team. This remote-friendly, full-time role supports EpicCare systems and databases, with regular office hours and eligibility for remote work in several states. Inova Health System is a national leader in safety, quality and patient experience.

The role involves implementing EpicCare, analyzing releases, defining modifications, and coordinating testing and training programs to meet business needs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree OR 4 years relevant professional experience beyond the minimum
• Experience: 3 years of Epic build and implementation experience
• Certification: EPIC Revenue Cycle (needed upon start)

Mansioni

• Implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases; analyzes new releases and workflow impact.
• Defines modifications to applications or databases to address functions or enhancements.
• Coordinates Epic updates, releases and enhancements; supports testing and project scoping.
• Manages IT projects using EpicCare to meet business needs.
• Conducts system reviews to determine feasibility, cost, and usefulness; coordinates vendor demos.
• Supports training programs and mentoring activities for the team.
