Job summary

Responsibilities include leading design sessions, configuring systems, analyzing business needs, and delivering training and testing. Five+ years in clinical or business systems analysis with EPIC experience preferred; EPIC certification required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Five years of clinical or business system analyst experience with EMR/EPIC preferred.
• EPIC certification in one or more relevant products required.

Responsibilities

• Drive design and implementation of new business processes and system config.
• Lead design sessions to achieve process improvements.
• Analyze business needs and translate into EPIC/IT solutions.
• Influence leadership and manage change adoption.
• Develop and maintain training materials and sessions.
• Create and execute comprehensive testing plans for IT systems.
• Prepare statements of work and coordinate with vendors and customers.
