Job summary

Inova Health is seeking an EPIC Certified Systems Analyst Sr to join the EPIC Revenue Cycle team. The role is full-time days with regular office hours, fully remote for candidates in VA, MD, DC, DE, FL, GA, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, WV.

The incumbent will implement and maintain EpicCare systems, analyze releases, coordinate testing, and drive system enhancements. A Bachelor’s degree or 3 years Epic build experience is required, with EPIC Revenue Cycle certification needed on start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years relevant professional experience
• 3 years of Epic build and implementation experience
• EPIC Revenue Cycle certification required on start date

Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases; analyzes new releases and impact on workflow.
• Defines modifications to application software or databases to address system functions or enhancements.
• Facilitates Epic updates, new releases and system enhancements; manages testing phases and supports project scoping.
• Manages IT projects using the EpicCare solution to meet business needs.
• Coordinates vendor demos, site visits, and reference calls.
• Contributes to training programs and mentoring activities for team members.
