Responsibilities

• Leads identification and evaluation of clinical workflow needs and gathers requirements for healthcare operations.
• Provides advanced troubleshooting, visualizations and documentation to analyze Epic functionality and system performance.
• Leads multiple projects and ensures change control with thorough technical and functional documentation of Epic systems.
• Defines system performance criteria and guides operational practices of clinical applications, ensuring HIPAA compliance and security.
• Investigates system enhancements and best practices related to Epic system operations.
• Provides on-call user support and develops procedures for 24/7 collaborative support across hardware, software, and processes.
