Job summary

Impact Advisors LLC seeks a Revenue Integrity Managing Consultant to partner with client Revenue Integrity leadership during Epic implementations. You will guide charge capture, CDM design, and charging workflows to support go-live readiness and ongoing optimization.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in revenue integrity, Epic implementation experience, and the ability to advise senior healthcare leaders. Weekly nationwide travel is required, with a compensation range of $125,000–$235,000.

Qualifications

7+ years in healthcare operations related to revenue integrity, coding, finance, revenue cycle management.
Experience leading Revenue Integrity at director level or above.
Epic revenue cycle IT group leadership or operational partner in Epic implementations.
Ability to advise senior healthcare leaders and drive timely decisions.
Epic Charging certification preferred; Resolute HB or SBO certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as strategic partner to Revenue Integrity leader and guide decision-making throughout the Epic implementation.
Guide charge capture and CDM design decisions, aligning with government and payer requirements.
Partner with IS and Epic team to align charging build and third-party charging systems.
Oversee readiness of charging workflows and go-live support and stabilization.
Use data reports to identify opportunities to strengthen revenue integrity.
