Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking a Reporting Business Analyst Sr. to join the Data and Analytics Team. You will assess analytic needs, translate requirements into RW/ Radar dashboards, and support self-service tools like Slicer Dicer and Qlik Sense.

You will mentor colleagues and help retire legacy assets while aligning with Epic updates. Responsibilities include real-time reporting, data analysis, and collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• Epic Cogito fundamentals and Cogito Tools Administration certifications required or to be obtained.
• Bachelor's degree or 10 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum six years of BI/analytic reporting experience, including EPIC Reporting Workbench and Radar.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer analytic needs and guide solutions for actionable intelligence.
• Develop real-time or near real-time reports from Epic DB using RW and Radar dashboards.
• Create training and documentation for self-service analytics tools like Slicer Dicer and Qlik Sense.
• Mentor junior analysts and prioritize intake of requests with management.
