Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System in Georgia seeks a Reporting Business Analyst Sr. to join the Data and Analytics Team.

You will assess customer analytic needs and translate them into actionable Epic RW reports, Radar dashboards, and Qlik Sense analytics solutions. You will mentor junior analysts, collaborate with operations leaders, and help plan intake and projects while staying current with Epic updates and retiring legacy tools.

Qualifications

• Epic Cogito fundamentals, Cogito Tools Administration, Clarity Data Model and Caboodle Data Model certifications required or to be obtained within 12 months of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Six years of BI/analytic reporting experience with Epic Reporting Workbench/Radar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop real-time or near-real-time reports from Epic production database using Reporting Workbench/RW SQL.
• Create operational dashboards using Radar and Qlik Sense.
• Translate business requirements into analytics solutions and provide guidance to stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach junior analysts; participate in intake prioritization and project planning.
• Stay current with Epic updates and help retire legacy tools (Crystal reports).
• Provide trainings and documentation for self-service analytics tools such as Slicer Dicer.
