Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System in Georgia seeks a Reporting Business Analyst Sr. to lead analytics initiatives, translate business needs into actionable reports, and collaborate with clinical and operational teams.

You will develop real-time and near real-time reports from Epic using Reporting Workbench, and build dashboards with Radar and Qlik Sense. You will mentor junior analysts, implement training, and help retire legacy assets by adopting new tools and technologies.

Qualifications

• Epic Cogito fundamentals and Cogito Tools Administration required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; or 10 years of related experience.
• Minimum 6 years in BI and analytic reporting, incl. EPIC Reporting Workbench and Radar dashboards.
• Excellent SQL skills and knowledge of data warehousing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service orientation and provide timely follow-up to staff and clients.
• Create standard or custom reports and dashboards using Epic Cogito tools or Qlik Sense.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and data specifications.
• Mentor junior team members and enforce standards through code reviews.
• Plan retirement of legacy tools and migrate to RW SQL and modern analytics platforms.
