Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System (NGHS) is seeking a Reporting Business Analyst Senior to lead analytics work across the Data and Analytics Team. Qualifications

• Epic Cogito fundamentals and Cogito Tools Administration required.
• Clarity on data models (Clarity, Caboodle) and related certifications preferred.
• Minimum six years of BI/analytic reporting experience with EPIC Reporting Workbench and Radar dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer analytic needs and align them with analytic solutions.
• Develop real-time or near real-time reports from Epic Production database (Reporting Workbench) and create dashboards using Radar.
• Train and document self-service analytics usage (Slicer Dicer, Qlik Sense) for business stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts and enforce reporting best practices across projects.
• Plan retirement of legacy tools and transition to RW SQL, Qlik and newer technologies.
