The University of Miami Information Technology & Systems Department is seeking a full-time Epic Sr. Analyst, Radiant for our UHealth system in Miami, FL. The role centers on optimizing Radiant configurations, providing end-user support, and leading implementation and testing activities.

Ideal candidates will have Epic Radiant Certification, 5+ years in healthcare settings, and strong leadership skills to mentor junior analysts and collaborate with stakeholders across departments.

Qualifications

• Epic Radiant Certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or healthcare organizations.
• Operational, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary.
• Proficiency in communication and leadership for training others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to optimize Radiant configuration, function and access.
• Serves as primary end-user support for Radiant.
• Leads design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Radiant module.
• Performs testing and documents workflow design and changes.
• Mentor junior staff and support day-to-day operations.
