Baptist Health is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to drive analytical processes for planning, design and implementation of technology systems that meet business needs. You will lead multiple small to mid-size projects, translate business requirements into technical specifications and optimize workflows across operations.
The role requires Bachelor’s in CS/MIS or related field, 5+ years of experience, and Epic Radiant certification.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a business systems analyst or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Sciences or related discipline.
- Epic Radiant certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design and implement technology systems to meet business requirements.
- Lead multiple small to mid-size implementations and initiatives.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with operations and other analysts to promote technology initiatives throughout the organization.
