Job summary

MemorialCare is seeking a Sr. Epic Analyst for Radiant and Lumens to drive Epic deployments from design through implementation, including post-implementation support.

You will mentor peers, manage complex projects, and collaborate with end-users to optimize workflows and troubleshooting. The role requires deep Epic Radiant proficiency, Epic Certification, and a track record of leading change initiatives within a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant Epic modules or equivalent EMR, Billing Office, or Managed Care capabilities and direct Epic knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize system tools including Microsoft Office Products.
• Experienced planning and organizing day-to-day activities, managing more than one task and meeting deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal relations to achieve goals.
• Experience leading projects and providing forward-thinking guidance on change initiatives.
• Experience in workflow and data analysis and design techniques, including needs assessment and gap analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-level Epic Radiant/Lumens support, training materials, and manages build migration paths and governance.
• Participates in or leads projects, translates customer needs, and manages stakeholder expectations.
• Leads meetings with end-users and staff; acts as liaison between departments and IS, promoting best practices.
• Maintains accountability for end-user satisfaction and task success; documents future-state specifications and Radiant functionality.
• Applies Radiant capabilities to improve processes; designs, validates, and implements Epic systems.
• Collaborates with operations to identify reporting needs and inter-team requirements.
