Job summary

Adventist Health seeks an Epic Certified EHR Systems Analyst I (Radiant) to support and optimize our Epic Radiant environment. You will design, build, test, and implement IT applications under supervision, aligning with clinical and business workflows in our California facilities.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Epic Certification/Accreditation required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains routine system software to meet user requests and specifications.
• Designs/redesigns system components to support workflows.
• Tests system software and develops test scenarios with the team.
• Provides on-call support and assists during go-live events (up to 25% travel).
• Documents training materials and ensures customers know where to find them.
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues escalated by the help desk.
