Job summary

Children's Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Application Systems Analyst to support Epic HIM modules. The role will optimize HIM workflows, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with clinicians, operations, and IT to deliver reliable Epic solutions.

You will be the primary contact for Epic HIM applications, performing analysis, configuration, testing and implementation, and leading medium-scale projects while upholding change control and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Epic Certification in HIM module(s) required and must be maintained.
• Strong project management skills demonstrated by leading small/medium projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stability, reliability and performance of HIM Epic modules.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams, manage requests and issues.
• Gather requirements, changes, updates and new functionality.
• Lead medium to large initiatives following project management methodologies.
• Document workflows and provide training and knowledge sharing.
• Communicate release features and critical issues to users and leadership.
