Job summary
Sentara Health seeks experienced Epic professionals to support multiple Epic application teams across clinical, revenue cycle, and access areas. Responsibilities include build/configuration, workflow analysis, testing, upgrades, and ongoing support, with collaboration across clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Three to five years of experience with Epic reporting tools such as Reporting Workbench, Radar dashboards, and SlicerDicer.
- Epic certification or proficiency in one or more Epic applications is required or preferred depending on role.
- Experience with SQL, SSIS, R, Python or similar tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide Epic application build and configuration, workflow analysis, system testing, and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and provide ongoing application support for Epic solutions.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, revenue cycle, and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into Epic improvements.
- Participate in upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization to improve workflows and user experience.
