Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking an Application Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance Epic and related clinical and revenue cycle applications. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, end-user support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement new features and streamlined workflows.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of healthcare IT experience, Epic build experience, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years healthcare experience in clinical applications, front line or EMR support.
• Epic and/or related third‑party application build experience required; certification in two or more modules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support, optimization and maintenance for clinical and revenue cycle applications, with primary focus on Epic.
• Configure and test Epic and related applications; ensure usability and workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical staff and operations to gather requirements and deliver end-user improvements.
• Assist with validation, testing, and go-live readiness for system updates and enhancements.
