Qualifications

• Epic certification, accreditation, or proficiency in one or more applicable Epic applications required or preferred based on the specific position.
• Epic data analytics tools are Required: Cogito, Cogito Tools Administration, Caboodle Data Model, Clarity Data Model, Access Data Model, Revenue Data Model, Clinical Data Model.
• Experience with Epic reporting tools (Reporting Workbench, Radar dashboards, SlicerDicer) 7+ years.
• Programming experience with SQL, SSIS, R, Python, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of Epic applications across Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Access areas.
• Perform application build/configuration, upgrades and enhancements, workflow assessments, and system testing.
• Handle incident and change management and participate in software release implementations.
• Lead smaller projects or components of larger initiatives and guide less-experienced teammates.

This role applies advanced application and healthcare workflow knowledge to evaluate business and clinical needs, recommend solutions, and improve system utilization and operational processes.Responsibilities include application build and configuration, upgrades and enhancements, workflow assessments, system testing, troubleshooting, incident and change management, and implementation of software releases. The Senior Analyst works independently with limited supervision, partners with cross-functional teams and end users, and may lead smaller projects or components of larger initiatives. We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $110,947.20 - $163,196.80 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
