Remedy Staffing seeks an experienced IT/Sr Application Services Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize healthcare applications in a fast-paced environment. The role acts as a subject matter expert for application analysis, design, implementation, and support, with a focus on Epic and related systems.

The analyst will analyze workflows, configure and troubleshoot interfaces, test upgrades, and develop documentation while mentoring junior analysts and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/Health Informatics or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with application analysis, implementation or support (4+ years).
• Epic experience preferred; Epic certification required or obtainable within timelines.

Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 DOE
