Job summary

The University of Miami Health System (UHealth) seeks an experienced Epic HB Analyst to join our IT analytics team. You will collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to optimize Epic HB configurations and ensure alignment with workflow needs.

You will lead testing, documentation, and enhancement efforts, acting as a mentor for junior staff and coordinating with multiple departments to deliver reliable BI-enabled solutions that support patient care and hospital operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Epic HB certification and/or other Epic certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders, end-users, and application teams to optimize configuration, function, and access.
• Serves as primary support contact for application end‑users.
• Initiates design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the application.
• Performs analysis of information technology in clinical workflows and validates impacts to processes.
• Leads testing phases and documents workflow design.
