The University of Miami is looking for a full-time Epic Senior Analyst in Health Information Management (HIM) to work remotely. This position involves implementing and optimizing complex applications while collaborating with teams to enhance user experience and system functionality.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, relevant Epic certifications, and 3-5 years of healthcare experience. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience, preferably in healthcare or healthcare-related organization.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary.
• Familiarity with HIM processes preferred.
• Detailed knowledge of Master Patient Index (MPI) interfaces preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to optimize the application’s configuration.
• Serves as a primary support contact for application end-users.
• Initiates the implementation and maintenance of the application.
• Supports junior staff members in the evaluation and resolution of service tickets.
