Job summary

The University of Miami Health System (UHealth) IT seeks an Epic Senior Analyst, Cadence to lead Cadence configuration, testing, and optimization in a full-time role in Miami, FL. You will collaborate with stakeholders and end-users, initiate design and maintenance, and mentor junior analysts to ensure Cadence delivers optimal clinical workflows.

Required are a Bachelor’s Degree and Epic Cadence Certification with 3–5 years of Epic Cadence build experience, plus strong communication and teamwork

• Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize Cadence configuration and access.
• Serve as primary support contact for end users of the Cadence module.
• Initiate design, development, and maintenance of Cadence-related applications.
• Lead testing phases and document workflow design for Cadence.
• Mentor Junior team members and coordinate with trainers on changes.
