Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in healthcare IT or related field.
• Epic certification in assigned specialty area is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, test, and support Epic modules.
• Serve as primary contact for routine to moderately complex issues.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to gather requirements.
• Develop and execute test scripts for UAT and upgrades.
• Maintain build documentation and change control records.
• Provide end-user training and ongoings support during go-lives.
• Ensure bed management and patient flow components are accurate.
• Troubleshoot patient flow workflows and clinical interfaces.
