Job summary

Jefferson Health Plans seeks an experienced IT professional to lead identification and implementation of optimal technical solutions across complex hospital systems. You will develop work plans for system upgrades, oversee configuration across environments, and analyze workflows to improve processes and resolve operational issues.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED
7+ years progressive experience in Information Services or healthcare
Extensive experience with large-scale implementations and upgrades
Strong test planning and documentation skills
Experience with EPIC applications and certifications
Team leadership and mentoring
On-call/DR/BC triage experience

Responsibilities

Leads identification and implementation of optimal technical solutions across systems.
