Job summary

Jefferson Health seeks an experienced IT leader to identify and implement optimal technical solutions for complex business challenges across systems in a health information environment. You will develop work plans for system upgrades, oversee configuration and maintenance, and analyze workflows to drive process improvements.

You will author specifications, design advanced test scenarios, and contribute to technology standards while ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• EPIC Certification plus one additional Epic Certification.
• 4 years Direct Epic build, implementation and support experience.
• 7 years Progressive experience in Information Services or healthcare.
• Experience with large-scale implementations/upgrades.
• Comprehensive test plans development and execution.
• Integrated Systems Architecture planning, development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Identify optimal technical solutions for complex business issues and ensure integration across systems.
• Develop and manage work plans for analysis, testing, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Oversee configuration, implementation, and maintenance across environments.
• Analyze workflows to improve processes and resolve operational challenges.
• Author detailed specifications and documentation for stakeholders.
• Design and execute advanced test scenarios to validate performance and reliability.
• Contribute to technology standards and best practices.
• Provide input on resource estimation and project timelines.
• Proactively address risks and variances to maintain project integrity.
