Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) is seeking a Senior Analyst EHR Applications to lead Epic-related transformations and optimize clinical workflows. You will drive the identification and implementation of technical solutions, and manage work plans for system upgrades and enhancements across environments.

Responsibilities include authoring specifications, designing test scenarios, and contributing to technology standards.

Qualifications

• Epic build, implementation and support experience.
• Progressive experience in Information Services or Healthcare experience.
• Large Hospital/IDN IT experience and/or healthcare operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification of optimal technical solutions for Epic-related challenges across systems.
• Develop and manage work plans for analysis, testing, and upgrades of Epic modules.
• Oversee configuration, implementation, and maintenance across environments.
• Analyze work processes and feasibility for large projects; resolve operational issues.
• Author detailed specifications and documentation to standards.
• Design and execute advanced test scenarios validating system integrity and performance.
