• Supports development projects and complex problem solving for Epic.
• Participates in after-hours technical support on a rotating schedule.
• Delivers ongoing Epic user support.
• Develops and prioritizes projects with clear timelines.
• Maintains project coordination and documents plans and priorities.
• Reports status to manager regularly.
• Contributes to staff training and knowledge sharing.
