Job summary

Temple Health, part of Temple University Health System, Inc., is seeking a Senior Application Analyst for Epic Ambulatory. The role focuses on enhancing, supporting, and managing applications, leading projects from start to finish, and coordinating new features, testing, and vendor releases.

You will serve as a technical and functional escalation point and collaborate with LUHS stakeholders to improve user productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 5 years experience in related role with troubleshooting complex problems involving multiple integrated applications.
• Knowledge of data security and privacy standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead application projects from start to finish and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate development of new features and testing; manage vendor releases and upgrades.
• Provide technical and functional application analysis; define system requirements and data models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and TUHS stakeholders; train users on system functionality.
