Job summary

Health First is seeking an Epic Applications Analyst III to lead design, implementation, and optimization of Epic EHR across the IDN. You will partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure system alignment with business needs and regulatory standards.

You will drive performance through data reporting, advanced configuration, and proactive enhancements, delivering reliable, secure, user-friendly Epic functionality and mentoring junior analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare or Business Administration or relevant field.
• Four (4) years of experience with an EHR, including system configuration and support.
• Six (6) years of experience with an EHR, including system configuration and support.

Responsibilities

• Leads implementation projects for the EHR, and system optimization efforts to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Conducts complex system configurations and supports advanced troubleshooting for stability, performance, and usability.
• Delivers end-user training and creates documentation for knowledge sharing across teams.
• Develops dashboards, reports, and data extractions to align with reporting requirements.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to manage major EHR upgrades, testing, and change management.
