Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Epic certification in Healthy Planet and at least one additional Epic application.
• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry and 4+ years of Epic implementation and/or support.
• 3+ years of direct client-facing experience with healthcare domain knowledge such as clinical documentation workflows and patient flow management.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in Epic Healthy Planet, including design, build, testing, and implementation.
• Collaborate with leadership and end users to design and configure solutions, including workflow analysis and application configuration.
• Lead multiple Epic upgrade initiatives and workflow enhancements through all project phases.
• Lead design and validation sessions with thorough documentation and issue escalation.
• Maintain system documentation including design specs and build records.
• Monitor production apps and respond to incidents, including 24/7 on-call support as needed.
