This remote-friendly role requires travel ~25% and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure successful implementations. You will lead upgrade initiatives, validate sessions, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Epic certification in Healthy Planet and at least one additional Epic application.
• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• 4+ years of Epic implementation and/or support.
• 3+ years of direct client-facing experience with healthcare domain knowledge.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in Epic Healthy Planet, including design, build, testing, and implementation.
• Collaborate with leadership and end users to configure solutions and provide clinical consultation.
• Lead multiple Epic upgrade initiatives and workflow enhancements through all project phases.
• Lead design and validation sessions with thorough documentation and issue escalation.
• Maintain system documentation, including design specifications and build records.
• Monitor production applications and participate in 24/7 on-call support as needed.
• Execute all testing phases for EpicCare Ambulatory workflows.
• Analyze workflows, data collection, and reporting needs to support solution development.
• Collaborate with training teams to develop and maintain application-specific materials.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and manage updates and releases.
• Ensure compliance with change control standards and build strong user relationships.
• Facilitate cross-team communication from requirements through implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Epic functionality and operational workflows.
