Job summary

Orlando Health in Downtown Orlando is seeking a Senior Epic Products Analyst who applies advanced knowledge of healthcare operations and IT to design, implement, test, and maintain complex Epic configurations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, coordinate upgrades, and ensure patient data integrity while supporting training and reporting needs. Epic Cupid certification is required within six months and you should have at least three years in IT or health IT with a related degree.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree requirement or approved substitute with related experience.
Epic Cupid certification within 6 months of appointment.
Minimum 3 years in an IT field; healthcare/EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced Epic application support across the software development lifecycle.
Coordinate upgrades, changes, and testing; ensure patient data integrity.
Develop and maintain security classifications and access controls.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business operations and informatics best practices.
