Job summary

Healthcare IT Leaders, LLC is seeking an experienced Epic Cupid Analyst for a contract-to-hire engagement on a 6-month staff augmentation basis. The role focuses on configuring, testing, and supporting the Epic Cupid module.

You will partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to collect requirements, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation while ensuring validated changes move to production.

Qualifications

• Epic Cupid module certification is required.
• Open to Analyst level I–III placement depending on qualifications.
• Contract-to-hire engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support, build, and configure the Epic Cupid application.
• Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Cupid application issues and service requests.
• Test and validate changes before they move to production.
• Maintain documentation for workflows and configurations.
