Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; substitution options allowed.
• Epic certification in the primary build application required within six months of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Attends meetings to review end-user performance and system enhancements.
• Performs workflow analysis and data collection to support decision-making.
• Coordinates application upgrades and changes and supports testing processes.
