Job summary

Renown Health seeks a Senior Application Analyst to lead analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of our healthcare applications. You will partner with user communities to resolve technical problems, optimize performance, and drive enhancements across assigned products.

Qualifications

• Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Bachelor's Degree in an Information Technology, health care, science, business field, or an equivalent level of professional experience preferred.
• 6+ years' experience working in an Information Technology or Healthcare setting.
• 6+ years in healthcare application analysis or application configuration and support experience.
• Experience in the application related to the position filled, preferred.
• Project Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the analysis, design, testing, and implementation of new and existing systems for the assigned application(s).
• Collaborates with organizational leaders to resolve technical problems, application performance issues as well as lead optimization and enhancement efforts.
• Manages all assigned application security (i.e., user provisioning).
• Supports the user community by addressing service desk calls and tickets related to the assigned application(s).
• Creates and maintains technical documentation including naming conventions, change control, environment management, and security classifications.
