Job summary

Adventist Health Auburn, CA is seeking an Epic-Certified EHR Systems Analyst III for a full-time, day-shift role, primarily remote with up to 25% travel. The analyst will lead implementation, design, and maintenance of Epic EHR systems, with emphasis on Ambulatory care workflows and Occ Med modules.

Candidates must have at least five years of Epic Ambulatory experience and Epic Certification; Bones or Wisdom is preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

• Epic Certification in area of responsibility is required
• Five years of healthcare IT application/technical experience
• Five years of Epic application experience
• Minimum five years Epic Ambulatory experience

Responsibilities

• Leads design, build and testing of Epic EHR workflows for ambulatory and Occ Med modules.
• Coordinates implementation activities and provides training and support to end-users.
• Analyzes incidents, documents issues, and ensures SLA adherence across applications.
• Collaborates with technical teams to define hardware/network requirements and problem-solve.
• Manages on-call duties and supports go-live events, including travel up to 25%.
