Renown Health is seeking a Senior Epic Client Systems Administrator (ECSA) to configure, install, maintain, backup, and support Epic applications. The role collaborates with the ODBA team and provides technical leadership across Epic environments to ensure reliability and performance.

The position emphasizes independent judgment, minimal supervision, and mentoring of junior staff, focusing on automation, upgrades, and integration with third-party systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of professional ECSA experience in healthcare setting.
• Epic ECSA Certification with three modules required and all four areas within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation for Epic infrastructure tasks.
• Install, upgrade, and administer Epic Client Systems in production and nonproduction environments.
• Lead hands-on technical delivery of infrastructure projects and provide mentorship.
