Job summary

Southeast Health in Dothan, AL seeks an Epic Client Systems Administrator to support client-facing Epic applications and the back-end servers. The role includes maintaining VMware infrastructure, load balancers, and related services to ensure system availability and adherence to Epic best practices.

You will collaborate with Epic and business users, manage upgrades, analyze issues, and participate in training and communications about new features.

Qualifications

• Epic certification is required for all Epic analysts.
• 2–4 years of relative analyst experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with VMware, Microsoft server administration, load balancing, web services & printing server management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary support contact for new development, technical issues and end-user questions related to assigned Epic applications.
• Maintain EPIC technical infrastructure and collaborate with Epic on new projects.
• Manage upgrades with Epic by setting timelines and communicating progress to stakeholders.
• Analyze impact of known issues and guide system testing and changes to meet business needs.
• Provide training and notify end users of new feature updates; stay current with releases.
