Job summary

ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions seeks an experienced Epic Cadence Optimization Analyst to maximize scheduling value for healthcare clients. You will lead Cadence builds, workflow improvements, and issue resolution, partnering with client teams to deploy best practices and improve access and provider capacity utilization.

The role requires hands-on Cadence experience, strong requirements gathering, and excellent communication. Travel ~25% is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Epic Cadence Administration Certification required.
• Minimum 4 years of recent Epic Cadence experience.
• Hands-on Epic build, support, optimization, and enhancement experience.
• Strong scheduling workflows knowledge: templates, visit types, access and capacity management.
• Proven requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel ~25% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, configure, test, and support Epic Cadence builds and enhancements.
• Lead Cadence optimization initiatives and resolve scheduling-related issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement workflow improvements and system enhancements.
• Document build specs, decisions, and testing results; support UAT and upgrades.
• Serve as SME for Epic Cadence and scheduling workflows with client leadership.
