Job summary

Cottage Health is seeking an Epic Cadence Analyst Sr in its Epic Applications group to analyze, configure, develop, test, implement, support and maintain Epic scheduling and referral workflows such as Cheers, HelloWorld and Welcome. The role requires in-depth knowledge of Epic functionality and revenue cycle processes to meet operational and technical needs.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum bachelor’s degree in a related field, Epic Cadence certification, and at least five years in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8 years of related experience may substitute for degree.
• Epic Cadence certification required.
• RHIA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in clinical/revenue cycle system implementation, support, and/or project management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, configure, develop, test, implement, support and maintain Epic scheduling, referrals and related workflows (Cheers, HelloWorld, Welcome).
• Obtain in-depth knowledge of software functionality and operational workflows for revenue cycle applications.
• Collaborate across Cadence, Hello World, Welcome, Cheers and CRM areas; apply workflows to meet requirements.
• Experience with patient registration workflows is helpful but not required.
