Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical/revenue cycle system implementation, support, and/or project management.
• Current/valid Epic certification for assigned application(s) required.
• Experience in revenue cycle information applications and systems in health care.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, configure, develop, test, implement, support, and maintain Epic revenue cycle applications.
• Obtain and maintain knowledge of software functionality and operational workflows.
• Work with HIM, Scheduling, Patient Access, Hospital Billing, and Claims.

Skills

Working knowledge of IT solutions and interfaces

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

Understanding of clinical workflows

Education

Bachelor’s degree in nursing, information technology, or related field
